New Customer Portal Combines Support Platform and Member Areas

The recently opened website offers access to a newly developed support platform for Vector customers. You can submit support requests for all Vector products and will get help from your Vector location. The Zendesk-based system also gives you an overview of existing tickets and their status.

Additionally, all existing member areas of the myVector system have moved to the customer portal and can be used continuously with improved features.

The myVector login is not required anymore from now on. You can continue to use it until end of 2014.
